Jobsy is built around a simple principle: we want to see as little of your data as possible, and keep nothing we don't need.
When you use Jobsy's Free or Pro tier, the text you paste or upload (your resume, a job description, a LinkedIn summary) is sent to an AI provider to generate a result. Specifically:
We don't require an account, a name, an email address, or any payment information to use Jobsy. We don't use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. We don't have a database that stores your resume, your cover letters, or anything else you generate.
If something breaks while you're using Jobsy, an error report (via Sentry) may be sent that includes technical details about the failure — but not the content of your resume, job description, or any personal information you've entered.
Your text is processed by Google (Gemini API) or Anthropic (Claude API, Pro tier only), and job searches are processed by Adzuna. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data sent to their APIs. We encourage you to review theirs if you have specific concerns about AI provider data handling.
Because we don't store your data, there's generally nothing to request the deletion of. If you have any concern about a specific interaction, contact us and we'll look into it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
